Vranovice

A hamlet located in a confluence area of the Jihlava and Svratka rivers. Pálava mountain is within eyeshot and as far as Novomlýnské dam reservoir.

Šatava stream floats through Lužní forests round about the village and with its charming stream pools and willows it provides magical still-lives especially for fishing lovers.

People here have from way back been making their livelihood of agriculture and there are still many fields surrounding Vranovice. At the same time as agriculture vineculture was always developing. Local vine-growers have been fully devoting themselves to vineculture up to the present.
